Uses the currently selected reasoner to compute a selection of inferred axioms and saves them into a single ontology. This can be used to export the inferred class hierarchy to an ontology for browsing or for use in some Application that does not want to use a reasoner a runtime for example.
Display the Find/Search dialog for searching ontologies in the current workspace.
Saves all loaded ontologies into a single folder. This can be used to collect the imports closure of an ontology and save it locally in one place.
Shows a summary of the loaded ontologies, including their locations and allows several actions such as reload, close, and navigate to source.
Create a new empty ontology. A dialog box will be displayed that asks the user whether they would like to create the new ontology in the current workspace window or in a new workspace window.

When you open an ontology in this way, the enclosing folder and its sub-folders will be searched for imported ontologies.
Open an ontology that is located on the Web by specifying the http:// URL (address) of the ontology document. You can also open bookmarked ontologies from here.

Loads the ontologies in the workspace into the selected reasoner for querying.
Flush any changes made to ontologies in the current workspace into the selected reasoner so that the changes are taken into account when reasoning is performed.
